Remembering Richard W Rossignol 1946-69

Engineman Third Class Richard W Rossignol, casualty of the Vietnam War. Served in the U.S. Navy on board the Uss Julius A. Furer DEG-6. Rossignol was a very good friend and always joking. EN3 Rossignol served our country until March 29th, 1969 in Kien Giang, South Vietnam. He was 22 years old and was not married. Richard died from suffocation. His body was recovered. Richard was born on December 3rd, 1946 in Lewiston, Maine.

At the time of his death Petty Officer Rossignol was serving in-country
with the River Patrol Force at Nha Be.

EN3 Rossignol is on panel 28W, line 086 of the Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington D.C. He served our country for 3 years.
